Antigua and Barbuda joins TMclass 15/11/2021 As of 15 November 2021, the Antigua and Barbuda Intellectual Property and Companies Office (ABIPCO) will be included in TMclass. ABIPCO will join with the alphabetical list of the Nice classification and a supplement of common terms between the harmonised database of goods and services (HDB) and the Madrid Goods & Services (MGS).

マドリッド協定議定書第5条(2)(b)及び(c)の宣言により、暫定拒絶を出願人に通報するための期間は18か月になり、異議申し立てのために18か月の後でも暫定拒絶が通報されることが可能となります。マドリッド協定議定書第8条(7)(a)に基づく宣言により、国際登録出願、事後指定および更新に関して個別手数料の受け取りが可能となり、国際登録出願と事後指定が区分数に拘わらず２４７スイスフラン、更新が区分数にかかわらず１１４スイスフランです。この宣言については、2017年4月9日施行となります。
