特許庁は氏名を含む商標の登録を可能にする法改正を進める。現在は氏名が入った商標を一律で登録拒否している。商標に含まれる氏名に周知性がなければ、原則登録を認める。4月からの有識者会議での議論をふまえ、6月30日に報告書を取りまとめた。2022年内にも商標法の改正案をまとめる。…報告書では出願者の同意があれば、類似の商標を認める「コンセント制度」の導入や、海外にサーバーがあるクラウドサービスにおける特許の扱いについても検討するとした。
