Applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office show that TaylorMade is seeking to trademark the term “SUNDAY RED” and an image of a tiger. 「令和6年能登半島地震」は、特定非常災害の被害者の権利利益の保全等を図るための特別措置に関する法律（平成8年法律第85号。以下「特定非常災害特別措置法」という。）第2条第1項に規定する特定非常災害として指定されました。これにより、同法第3条第3項の規定に基づく申出を行うことにより、この災害によって影響を受けた手続期間の延長が認められることになりましたので、お知らせします。
