A North Carolina business owner has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit in federal court against Baltimore-based athletic retail giant Under Armour. According to a complaint filed by Fayetteville businessman Kelsey Battle in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Under Armour has continued to use his ICAN mark in one of its product lines since 2015.
