日本パテントデータサービス（ＪＰＤＳ、東京都港区）は２０１９年１月、国内知財サービス会社としては初めて、海外商標情報の検索サービスを開始する。 国内商標情報の検索サービスとして、今年１月に開始した「Ｂｒａｎｄ Ｍａｒｋ Ｓｅａｒｃｈ」（ブランド・マーク・サーチ）の追加オプションとして提供する。米国商標情報を手始めに、１９年６月末までに欧州連合商標情報（ＥＵＴＭ）、世界知的所有権機構（ＷＩＰＯ）のマドリッド協定議定書に基づく出願商標情報などを順次追加していく。ユーザーから要望の多い中国商標情報は現在、追加を検討している。
