2019年7月以来、国家発展改革委員会と財務省によって発行された “いくつかの行政手数料の削減に関する通知”の関連規定に従って7月1日から、商標局は商標登録料を調整し、一部の商標サービスの手数料を引き下げます。報道によると、商標局は商標更新の登録料を以前の1,000元から500元に引き下げ、商標変更手数料を受け入れるための手数料は250元から150元に引き下げられる予定です。同時に、商標登録のためのオンライン申請をさらに促進するために、商標局はまた、オンライン申請の提出および電子出版物の受理のための手数料を調整しました。その中でも、オンライン申し込みをして電子発行を受け付ける商標変更事業は、変更手数料、商標登録料の受領、商標登録料の再発行、登録商標料の譲渡、商標更新登録料の受領、更新登録遅延の受諾を免除されます。手数料、商標審査手数料の受領、商標認証手数料の発行、団体商標登録手数料の受領、認証商標登録手数料の受領、商標異議申立手数料、商標手数料の取消し、商標使用許諾契約、および現在の標準の90％。となる予定です。
