ブルネイ・ダルサラーム国、通称ブルネイは、2016年10月06日に加入書をWIPOに提出し、第98番目のマドリットプロトコル(通称、マドプロ）の締約国となっています。マドプロでのブルネイの指定は、2017年1月6日から可能となります。ブルネイはアセアン諸国の１つで、ASEAN TMViewにもデータベースの提供があります。

On October 6, 2016, the Government of Brunei Darussalam deposited with the Director General of WIPO its instrument of accession to the Madrid Protocol for the International Registration of Marks. Its accession makes Brunei the 98th member of the Madrid System. The Protocol will enter into force with respect to Brunei Darussalam on January 6, 2017.
