世界遺産 佐渡島の金山のロゴマークを制定

新潟県佐渡市が募集していた世界文化遺産「佐渡島（さど）の金山」のシンボルとなる新たなロゴマークが、東京都のグラフィックデザイナー、占部博士（うらべひろし）さんの作品に決定しました。佐渡金山の象徴「道遊の割戸」をシルエットにし、金色にあしらった円形の背景は地球や大地などを連想させ、道遊の割戸のシルエットを浮かび上がらせるデザインとなっています。

The city of Sado in Niigata Prefecture has solicited submissions for a new logo to symbolize the World Heritage site “Sado Island Gold Mine,” and the design was selected by Tokyo-based graphic designer Urabe Hiroshi. The design features a silhouette of the Doyu-no-warito, a symbol of the Sado Gold Mine, and the golden circular background is reminiscent of the earth and land, making the silhouette of the Doyu-no-warito stand out.
