助成率　1/2以内
助成限度額　3か年で500万円
助成対象経費 情報収集関連費用、異議申立・不使用取消審判・無効審判・情報提供関連費用、行政訴訟関連費用

申請受付期間は随時（最終受付期限～令和6年12月2日(月) 17時まで）です。※助成事業申請日以前に、助成事業申請内容に関する公社知財相談を受けていることが必要で、本助成金の申請には、Jグランツでの交付申請と申請書類の提出の両方の手続きが必要です。
