GI登録要件を見直し

11月から（GI制度の）登録基準が見直されます 地域には、伝統的な生産方法や気候・風土・土壌などの生産地等の特徴が、品質等の特性に結びついている産品が多く存在しています。これらの産品の名称（地理的表示: GI）を登録し、地域の知的財産として保護する制度が「GI制度」です。

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries will review the GI registration standards so that a wide range of products, including processed products and export-oriented products, can be registered in order to expand exports of agricultural, forestry and fishery products and improve income and regional vitality. The new standards are expected to be applied from November this year.
