商標登録insideNews: Miami Dolphins apply for trademark to cash in on miracle win over Patriots – Sun Sentinel

Miami Dolphins have plans to profit from their miraculous victory over the New England Patriots earlier this month. Last Friday, the Dolphins filed a trademark application for the phrase “MIAMIRACLE” with the hopes of using the phrase on a plethora of merchandise commemorating their 34-33 win over the Patriots on Dec. 9. The Dolphins came up with a game-winning, lateral-filled, 69-yard touchdown with 16 seconds remaining to secure the victory, which became recognized as the “Miami Miracle” and the “Miracle in Miami” on television and social media after the game.
